After submitting this form you will receive an email with your total balance as well as your deposit amount. Your deposit will be due within 30 days of submission. Your seats may be released if deposit has not been received within 30 days of submission of this form.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Imagination Series is presented for students in grades K-12. Children who do not attend the school are prohibited from attend the Imagination Series performances. Home schools are welcome and must provide proper documentation from their local school department or homeschool association.
  • A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the performance. The Stadium reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations after the due date.
  • All seats are $10 and must be reserved in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the door. One complimentary chaperone ticket is provided for every 10 student tickets purchased. Additional chaperone tickets are $10 per person. The Stadium reserves the right to limit the number of chaperone tickets. Orders and payments are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for unused seats.
  • When making your reservation, please be sure to indicate any physical limitations that restrict seating assignment. For the safety of all patrons, a designated seating area is provided for guests requiring the use of a walker or wheelchair. Handicap accessible seating is limited and must be reserved in advance. This policy is strictly adhered to. 
  • Seating is subject to availability and determined by the Stadium Theatre at its sole discretion.
  • Backpacks, outside food and drinks are prohibited. Concessions are not available during school performances.

Late Arrivals

  • You must arrive by 9:30 AM. All shows start promptly at 10:00 AM.
  • Due to school schedules, the Stadium does not hold a performance for late arrivals. If your group arrives after the performance has begun, you will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Hold Harmless

  • The purchaser and school shall indemnify and hold harmless the Stadium Theatre from any and all claims and disputes resulting from the content of the performance. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to familiarize themselves with the content of the production and the subject matter.

Theater Etiquette

  • Teachers are asked to prepare students in advance about the need for courtesy to both performers and fellow audience members before, during and after the show.
  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them. This includes talking, making noises (voluntary or involuntary) during the performance. If disruptive behavior or situations persist, the House Manager may request your group to exit the theatre in which case the purchaser will not receive a refund.
  • Taking photographs or recordings during the performance is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations

  • If your school district is cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, your school will be issued a credit to be applied to a future Imagination Series performance.
  • In the rare event that a performance is cancelled by the Stadium, your school will receive a full refund.

Bus Parking & Dismissal Procedure

  • Upon arrival you will be directed where to unload students. Once students have disembarked, buses will either be advised to park in the Stadium lot or at Elks Lodge at 380 Social Street (directions will be provided). Once at the Elks, a parking attendant will assist you.
  • Bus drivers should remain with their bus and be ready to return to the Stadium when directed by the Elks attendant.
  • At the conclusion of the performance, please have your group remain seated until called for dismissal.
  • Guests requiring handicap accessibility may park in the Stadium lot on Federal Street.
  • All other guests may park in the municipal lot located across the street from the main entrance of the theatre (near the Civil War monument).

  • The Stadium Theatre reserves the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, video-tapes, and sound recordings of students in the theater for use in materials created for purposes of promotion unless otherwise specifically requested by the purchaser.
