Ages 11-17

Registration opens Thursday, November 21st

In this course, students will take a closer look at the skills and techniques that actors utilize to create a successful dramatic performance.  Students will analyze and rehearse texts in order to learn about acting beats, motivations, objectives, and character’s interior lives. Students participating in this course will work with the Stage Direction for Teens class on a final project. This class culminates in an afternoon cabaret-style performance in which students will showcase their work for audience members in our very own Marquee Room on March 18th.

When are Acting for Teens classes?

10 Classes:
Wednesdays, January 8th – March 19th from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
There will be no class on Wednesday, February 19th.

What does the Acting for Teens class cost?

Tuition is $190 (Full tuition is due at registration.)
